Reasons for Poly.

I've been rotting at my house for days.
Friends are all busy studying in their JCs while I'm slacking at home.
Hey, but no, I didn't ever regret not putting any JCs as my top choices.
Why?
Here're the reasons.

ONE.
I think I'll be unable to cope with the JC life.
As I see my friends suffering from the immense pressure of JC life, I'm much more certain about my choice now.
I've already decided on studying in a polytechnic since secondary 2.

TWO.
I have great passion for mass communications.
I've decided on this course since secondary 3.
Some of you may say that I can study JC and then study mass communications in University.
Yes, I agree, but I'd like to be in touch with this subject as soon as possible and as much as possible.

THREE.
I'm afraid I couldn't score well for my A levels.
This is a very serious problem.
If I didn't score well for my A levels, I might be unable to get into a local university.
Going to an overseas university will be a huge burden for my family.
No, it'll be a huge burden for any family, even if you're rich.
The monthly expenses in overseas universities are high unless you're studying in countries that are developing like India, where the costs will not be so high.
Assuming that I'm unable to get into a local university and I'm unable to go for an overseas one, what can I do?
An A level certificate is hard for anyone to be able to look for a job in Singapore's society.
To Singaporeans, A levels certificate is nothing but just a useless piece of paper.
However, if I graduated from a polytechnic and do not score well, I can still find a job more easily than an A levels student.
Why?
Because in polytechnics, one is specialised in that particular course and has experience due to the internships available.

So, anyway, if any of you'd be curious(if anyone would ever be. -.-) about which polytechnic I'm going to, I'm going to Singapore Polytechnic.
It's at Dover MRT.
And my house is near Tampines MRT.
Tampines' at the east while Dover's at the west.
The route may be long but for mass communications, I think is worth it.
A small tip for you guys!
The channel, okto, is by Singapore Polytechnic! :D

Oh, and Mum booked an appointment with the groomer at Vivo City for my dear dog. :D
Hehe, Vivo City!
Will go shopping there, I suppose..
Okay, dinner time for Kookie!
Bye guys! :D
